Aerobic Maintenance Contracts
All American Septic Services is committed to providing the very best maintenance service available to our community. With our Maintenance Contract, a Certified Maintenance Provider will inspect your aerobic system 3 times a year. Reports on your inspections and all repairs will be faxed to your county's controlling authority, and a copy will also be sent to you. On our initial visit we will also provide you with an orientation of your septic system and answer any questions you may have.A maintenance contract should give a homeowner peace of mind, so we have a special offer for any homeowner who is not satisfied with their existing Maintenance Provider:All American will assume the remainder of your existing maintenance contract for free!Septic Installations
Whether you are in need of a new OSSF system, or need to upgrade an older system, All American can assist you on you conventional or aerobic septic system installation. Our installation package includes:- Site Evaluation- System Design- Permit Application Process- All Necessary County Inspections- 2 Year Maintenance Monitoring Contract For Aerobic Systems.Upon completion of the installation, an initial orientation will be conducted with the homeowner to ensure understanding of the new septic system.Septic Pumping
To ensure proper function of you septic system, it should be pumped out every 3-5 years. This is dependant upon each household, but is a general maintenance that needs to be done - like having the oil changed in your car. Remeber that a septic system is an unseen part of your home that is continually working.
Septic Inspections
Living with a malfunctioning OSSF can be an inconvenience at best, and a nightmare at worst. A traditional real estate inspection provides a very limited assessment of the septic system. So if you are buying or selling a property with an existing OSSF it is important to have a thorough septic inspection performed.
